Bootscout

This is a patch release to address some issues with the release of version 2.0. A full changelog is as follows:

• Fixed the issue with align full and align wide as detailed in #40
• Added a page template with no title as detailed in #39
• Removed extra space in the header
• Added styling for forms and dropdowns
• Removed search from 404 page
• Replaced post cards with an alternative which is compatible with the site editor
